To support this, we offer an industry-leading Warranty on our motorbike parts. If there’s ever an issue with any of our products, we’ll bend over backwards to make sure that it’s resolved quickly and positively. What does the warranty include?

• A 3-Year Warranty on every 3D Printed Redline Bike Parts product.

• A 2-year Warranty on our Fairings (e.g. Headlight Fairing)

• A 2-year Warranty on all Oil cooler spoilers

• A 1-year Warranty on all standard globes (NON LED Globes)

• A 3-year Warranty on all LED’s

What to do I do if I need to make a warranty claim? If you’re having an issue with a part purchased from us, we want to help resolve it. In the first instance, please contact us via phone: 08 8317 1341 or Email contact@redlinebikeparts.com.au

Please ensure you include the following:

— Your Order number or invoice.

— A description of the issue and a photograph of the effect part so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.

The small print: The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover any commercial use of the product. The warranty covers riders for Street Use only. Any modifications, or custom adaptations that changes the part/product in any way will void all warranties.

If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an undamaged, unused and sellable condition.

Improper assembly or maintenance may void your warranty. This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to other rights you may have. These rights may vary from state to state, which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state and territory laws.
